Your BW Legal Reference can be found within the body of your letter or email and is labelled "Our Reference".
It usually starts with a letter and is 6–8 characters long, for example "X1234567".

Please only use "Our Reference" when registering. Do not use "Our Client's Reference", as this cannot be used to create your account on this portal. If you only have access to your Client Reference, please visit our new Customer Portal at https://myaccount.bwlegal.co.uk.
